At Alison & Deborah Boutique Londen, we do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered accurately, securely and as quickly as possible.

Processing times
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details, so you can track your parcel at any time.
Delivery times
Average delivery times range from 7 to 12 working days, depending on your location.
Please note:
- Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales periods or in the event of unforeseen delays by the courier.
- Customs checks may also extend delivery times.
Our aim is always to deliver as quickly as possible.
Shipping method and origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the country, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These costs are payable by the customer.
We use reliable international logistics partners to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Destination
- The weight and dimensions of the order
- The selected delivery method
The exact delivery cost will be clearly shown before you complete your payment.
Liability during shipping
To ensure transparency, we follow strict tracking procedures:
- Once the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, liability is transferred to the customer.
- Customers must double-check their delivery address before placing an order.
Any errors or changes to the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
