Returns policy

At Alison & Deborah Boutique Londen, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to return an item, this policy clearly and transparently sets out our returns procedure.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • The cost of return postage is entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage charges.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • You may try the product on, but you may not wear it.
  • It is not permitted to order multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.
  • Items returned with signs of wear, damage or missing labels/tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to initiate a return

  1. Submit your return request via Info@paoloelenamilano.it within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will provide you with our supplier’s return address (based in China).
  3. You must cover the full cost of returning the item, including any customs duties or international shipping charges.
  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verified delivery.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned item arrives at the supplier’s warehouse and has been inspected and approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 days.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Liability

  • We are not liable for the loss of return shipments if the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer is solely responsible.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of the order being dispatched.
  • Packages refused or not collected by the customer may incur additional charges.
